Highly recommend the team. Took 2-3 weeks from the moment of request to the moment of replacing my old boiler. They worked in a small space, replaced a fake ceiling, communicated professionally and all at a very competitive price too. Highly recommending this company to any expats living in Prague. They can speak English too.

Very reliable plumber. It is not the first time I have called them for different issues, and they always fixed the problem. This time I called them for what I was supposing were a minor problem, and suddenly we realised it was a true emergency. They couldn't fix it at the moment cause there was no replacement, therefore they came back few hours later without making another appointment. I really appreciated that. In addition, their plumbers speak English and, for a foreigner, that is a big plus.

Excellent service and attitude. They have dealt elegantly and reasonably with neighbors that were initially very unwelcoming to the necessary repair works being done inside the house. Repeatedly this firm delivered 110%. Can only recommend.

Great service and work with very reasonable prices. If your Czech is not very strong or you speak English, I can highly recommend this plumbing company. We had a toilet that had a leak/would not stop running. I contacted them via their Google Form to explain the problem, which they followed up with an email which I replied to with pictures. The plumber showed up early in the given time window, quickly identified the problem (which had been misdiagnosed by another person I had called) and replaced the part. He explained the problem in very good English and performed the work quickly, all for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have entrusted the Kotmel company with the entire renovation of the bathroom, toilet and heating in my holiday residence in Prague. I do not live in Prague so most of the work took place during my absence. In the beginning Mr Kotmel insisted on providing excellent protection for my furniture during the works, which made me feel confident about letting his men work during my absence. I was regularly informed about the progress of the work. Decisions concerning some technical details were well explained. There was intense and swift communication and coordination with myself but also with other craftsmen who had work to do in the apartment at the same time. I was well advised on choosing among different alternatives for the equipment. The work was completed a few days ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is excellent. I warmly recommend the Kotmel company.
