I stayed home because of them, but they did not arrive at the time we arranged (they only let me know 40 minutes after the time after I chased them).
Excellent experience all around - from first communication via WhatsApp, through diagnosis with a few photos, to appointment coordination and repairs. Work was done a day earlier than expected, master plumber had everything he needed with him and did a very good job. Clean, courteous, explained options, and stayed to make sure the heating system was working. All that for a very good, better than fair price. Couldn’t be more pleased - thank you!
