Prima Servis

Great service. Replacement of a water heater that was about to burst done the next day after calling. Was replaced in no time, for a good price and on invoice.

I've been trying for months to find someone to fix the issue on my underfloor heating (note that I live in Krenice, outside Prague) and finally using chatgpt I came across these guys . They have been the heroes for not only my underfloor heating issue but also they did an amazing job replacing the faulty faucets for my corner jacuzzi. They were very professional, and even if I could not speak Czech and they didn't speak English that well, thanks to technology nowadays we managed to communicate very well. They did a fantastic job - where others have failed as I had in the past couple of tries with different companies/handyman that were unsuccessful. Also a big plus: everywhere they worked they left the place spot on. I can only but recommend these guys - moving forward I will only call them if I face other issues. Thank you once again for your great service.

Super fast, super professional. I am very happy with the service

I stayed home because of them, but they did not arrive at the time we arranged (they only let me know 40 minutes after the time after I chased them).

Excellent experience all around - from first communication via WhatsApp, through diagnosis with a few photos, to appointment coordination and repairs. Work was done a day earlier than expected, master plumber had everything he needed with him and did a very good job. Clean, courteous, explained options, and stayed to make sure the heating system was working. All that for a very good, better than fair price. Couldn’t be more pleased - thank you!
