We had an issue with our heating system that was leaking both water and gas, and Frank came to take care of it. the communication was clear and straightforward. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand( perfect english👌) He was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently to fix the issue. I felt confident and safe once everything was explained well enough and done. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing reliable and professional help with such issues.
Called them at midnight as my boiler showed an error, requiring technical help - discussed the issue in detail over the phone, explained how to fix it and it worked. Thank you! I appreciate your help a lot, otherwise I would've had a sleepless night.
I was so happy with the service that Technicky nonstop provided. I had my boiler replaced 4 years ago and the person supervising the job at the time opted not to have the tank replaced. Since that time, we had been having constant problems with it. The boiler wouldn't turn on, there was no hot water and therefore no heat. It took the experts and NonStop to come in and diagnose the problem, which was in the communication between the new boiler and the old tank. They came when they said they would, they diagnosed the issue, and came the next day to replace the tank. Michal spent time teaching me how to use the entire system, encouraged me to take videos of his explanations so that I would understand it all. This has been weighing on me for a long time as I don't live in Prague full time, so I really appreciated the care and efficiency. Thank you again Michal & team! We will call you for any of our future needs.
Great service! The plumber came and easily fixed both our heaters and toilets. He was really nice and explained everything perfectly in English. I’d highly recommend!!
FIRST CLASS IN EVERY RESPECT! I was signposted to this service by another company. Plumber fantastic. Courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. Helped us to find a leak and wouldn't leave until the leak was located and fixed. Ondrej went beyond the call of duty in fixing of a leaking toilet pan connector as a bonus.
