I had a great experience working with Robert Poppl when looking for an apartment for rent. We found Mr. Poppl's advertisement online, and from the first phone contact to through signing the lease documents and to the additional support afterwards, Mr. Poppl was very helpful and always provided quick and valuable advice. Based on experience from my social circle, I was under the impression that a real estate agent's commission is equal to one monthly rent. Mr. Poppl's commision was however equal to monthly rent + utilities + VAT. So, quite higher than what I was expecting, though we were provided with great services and in the end, landed a lease on amazing apartment, so I would say it was worth it.

As an Spaniard who came to work in Prague, looks for a proper place to stay in the long term can be pretty challenging. Thanks to this broker agency everything become pretty smooth they gently facilitate me everything providing from the first moment an invoice and even arranging online a visit.
