Bohemian Estates

I had a positive experience with the apartment handover and termination process. David was helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and my deposit was returned in full.

In my experience, Bohemian Estates showed a clear lack of professionalism in handling the end of tenancy. The security deposit return was delayed, with changing explanations and additional deductions introduced late in the process. Several amounts were based on estimates rather than clear and complete supporting documentation, despite repeated written requests. Communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to obtain transparent and timely answers. There was also a serious coordination issue with utilities (gas and electricity): contracts were not properly transferred to the new tenant, which resulted in me being billed for consumption after I had already vacated the apartment. I had to resolve this directly with the supplier myself. Overall, the experience was marked by delays, lack of transparency, and poor process management. I would strongly recommend future tenants to double-check deposit handling, final settlement, and utility transfers when dealing with this agency.

Robert helped us sell our apartment. He did a fantastic job start to finish. He was very helpful and professional the whole way through. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very satisfied with my experience working with Robert Poppl. He guided me through the process of selling my apartment with professionalism, responsiveness, and clear updates at every step. This reliability, attention to detail, and approachable manner made the experience very positive. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a great real estate agent.

As an Spaniard who came to work in Prague, looks for a proper place to stay in the long term can be pretty challenging. Thanks to this broker agency everything become pretty smooth they gently facilitate me everything providing from the first moment an invoice and even arranging online a visit. That definitely was a great thing giving relief to the overwhelming task of looking a home abroad. Robert the commercial agent made a great job and tried to help in everything he could. Highly recommended.
