Great experience from the first contact to the handover of the keys. I especially appreciate the professional approach, fast communication and absolute reliability of Ms. Barbora Smolová. The sale took place without any complications and exactly as agreed. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a fair deal.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive assessment, although the purchase of the apartment through Elite Management ultimately turned out well, but after an incredible six months. Offering an apartment for sale with an existing easement for the use of a deceased person, without any steps having been taken to delete it, is really unprofessional. When finally, after my urgency after many weeks, it was time to submit a proposal for deletion from the land register, the land register returned the proposal twice due to errors in the application. It was long months of uncertainty and stress, wondering if everything would be done by the deadline for drawing down the mortgage. The broker who coordinated the process was really nice and humane, however, I was concerned about her competence, I had to communicate a lot of things myself directly with the chairman and accountant of the SVJ, where I bought the apartment. Another complaint I have about the real estate agency was that it was not operational when it came to amending the wording of contracts, and instead of being able to resolve everything with the broker, I was referred to the director with the statement that "I can't handle this, you have to discuss it with the director of the real estate agency". The broker is there to coordinate and resolve the sale/purchase process, and such requirements should be resolved internally, that's why the broker is there to resolve it among themselves. Editing contracts is increasingly a standard part of the process, but unfortunately not for Elite Management. I don't care and shouldn't care who is in charge at Elite Management, I have to deal exclusively with the broker. On the contrary, I evaluate the digital solution for signing contracts and the operational aspect of creating an addendum to the reservation contract very positively. I was recently on the other side of the deal, that is, in the role of the seller, and thanks to that I have a realistic view of what it should look like when everyone really does their job. I'm adding one star because the purchase was even completed.
