I wanted to share big gratitude to Magda Hovorkova who helped me with renting a great apartment very quickly. She supported with all documentation and communication with an owner and kept in mind the urgency on my side to arrange everything in only 2 business days - from initial viewing to the keys take over. Dealing with agent Sylvie Sindelkova - at the point when we were about to sign reservation agreement (and started to prepare cash) we wanted to see the apartment once again (since first time we didn’t see cellar and garage). From that point agent stopped communication, not picking up phones - week later writing that the place was reserved by someone else. No hurt feeling in not getting the apartment, but the communication style was far from professional.
Faraon agency, in person of Mrs Veronika Fialova, has succesfully sold my apartment in Smíchov, in full understanding of my will through the whole process. The advertisement was complete and well described the features of the property. The connection with the seller, his bank, the notary has been fully satisfactory. In particular, Faraon managed to let me sign all contracts by the czech embassy abroad, where I was stuck due to travel restrictions. Every technicality has been well overcome with no unnecessary delay, including the termination of all utility contracts. I can only recommend this agency for their professionality and I will address it for future operations.
This is the 3rd real estate agency I’ve used in Prague and it is by far the best one!
