She helped us communicate with the landlady (which as a foreigner often comes with many challenges) and patiently negotiated with the owner ways we can prove our visa and financial status so that we finally was able to rent here after searching for many places elsewhere and getting turned away for being foreigners. (The landlady is also a nice person :) Petra didn’t feel pushy at all but was very considerate that all parties are happy.
