Chtela jsem nechat k pronajmu byt pres tuto realitku protoze kdysi v roce 2018-2020 jsem mela s nima vybornou zkusenost. Je to jiz doba a dnes nikdo telefony nezveda, zpatky nevola, odpovedi na email jsem se do ted nedockala ani na poptavkovy formular dostupny na oficialnich strankach realitky. Za 3 tydny jsem se nepohla a uz cekat nemuzu dalsi tydny az mi nekdo zvedne telefon. Zakazka nerealizovana z duvodu totalni ignorace ze strany dodavatele sluzeb. Velice neprofesionalni a nedoporucuji!
The real estate agent was kind, but the landlord they introduced was quite authoritarian and materialistic. I was shocked by the excessively strict management guidelines, which were almost impossible to put into words. Moreover, they didn't even inform me about these rules before the contract. When I complained, HSH kindly canceled the entire contract. In conclusion, HomeSweetHome Real Estate consists of decent people, but the landlords they connect you with seem to be trying to exploit students financially, so you should be very cautious.
BE CAREFUL- They work with scammers. Rented with their recommendation a student housing called “Kinskych Residence”. Got constantly harassed by the owners and got my deposit STOLEN with invented charges. Every student that has rented with this residence has had the same experience. Asked for help several times to this real estate agency and despite them taking a huge comission, they never helped me or cared about my situation. Please do not rent with them, even if they reply to me with some excuse: DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Natural born scammers, with fake reviews as well.

Nejprve nákup nemovitosti, následně i pronájem. Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku k mé spokojenosti. Realitní makléř měl velmi profesionální přístup. Mohu jen doporučit, jistě Vašich služeb znovu využiji.
