The professionalism and the promptness in the communications are outstanding, and I’m really impressed by the personal commitment of Mr. Slanina und Ms. Horáková. They are always ready to support with any question or issue that may arise. The language is not a barrier at all, the communication runs fluently in English with no issues. In my particular case, the timing was super pressing (sorry for that!), and even so the service was excellent. They arranged everything in no time! Not only that, but Ms. Horáková definitely went the extra mile, helping with the bureaucracy and giving me all kind of tips & tricks for a smooth landing in the country.
