Maxim is a very pleasant, meticulous and knowledgeable Real Estate agency owner. Firstly, his agency provides real estate management services among others, which I was very happy with - he found a lovely renter for my flat at a good price and kept both me and them carefree for the duration of the rent period. In a later stage, he had managed an extra attentive flat sale for me, with maximal pricing and minimal hassle from my side. The whole marketing and legal outfit which he provided worked seamlessly and the sale concluded well and quickly.
