PRINCE REALITY estate agency Prague

I contacted Mr. Ptáček on recommendation and I am completely satisfied. The negotiations were always objective, fully professional, and with a human approach. In addition, everything went quickly. I highly recommend, L. Mikulová

Thank you for the pleasant and professional cooperation. I always had all the information immediately available and I really appreciate the speed of the whole process. Communication was seamless, everything went smoothly and as agreed. I definitely recommend it.

We were extremely satisfied with the real estate agency and broker. They helped us get the apartment we were really interested in, and the whole process was very professional, fast and fair. From the first inspection, it was clear that they acted seriously, had a perfect overview and were able to explain everything clearly. We especially appreciate their human approach, willingness, fast communication and the fact that they guided us through the entire process step by step. From the inspection to the negotiation of conditions to the conclusion of the contracts, everything was prepared, clear and without unnecessary complications. We felt confident that we were in good hands. This is how we imagine professional real estate services. We definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for a reliable real estate agency and brokers who really know what they are doing.

I have just successfully completed the sale of a cottage with Mr. Honza Ptáček. It was the second property, and everything was very professional. Honza is a smiling broker with a human approach and endless patience. An honest guy who keeps his word, that is not often seen these days. Thank you very much for solving all the endless problems with the sale of my cottage. I recommend him to everyone who wants to sell a property without unnecessary nerves. Thank you very much for your work Jana Chmelařová

We were extremely satisfied with the choice of real estate agent. Pleasant dealings, always helpful approach, understandable answers to our questions about the issue of selling our property. And since we were looking for a larger apartment, Honza did not hesitate and immediately arranged for us to view one of the apartments that he currently had in his offer. Everything went according to our expectations and we can recommend Honza with a calm heart.
