QUBIS real estate- realitní kancelář v Praze

Finding a reliable real estate agency can be challenging, but working with this team has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Svetlana, who understood exactly what we were looking for from our very first conversation. Even while she was on holiday, she arranged viewings with her colleague and continued to oversee the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Throughout our search, Svetlana was always friendly, approachable, and quick to answer all of our questions. Since this was our first time moving to Prague, there were many things we were unfamiliar with, and she patiently guided us through every step. Her support went far beyond helping us find a flat - she provided valuable advice on the tenancy agreement, explained local procedures, and was always happy to assist with any other questions or services we needed. Having been in contact with several real estate agencies during our property search in Prague, I can confidently say this has been the best experience by far. The level of professionalism, care, and customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you, Svetlana, and the entire team, for all your support. You made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, and we are incredibly grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend your agency to anyone looking for a home in Prague.

I had a great experience with this real estate company. The agent really listened to my needs and helped me find an apartment that perfectly matched my requirements. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

I had a great experience working with this real estate company. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They handled everything efficiently and made the transaction smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend their services.

As an expat living in Prague, it’s hard to find the right place nowadays, so my choice was to find it through a real estate agency, which also would not rob my wallet completely. This agency was the only one to suggest me wide range of options and great deals, as I eventually found a flat 2 days ago in Vinohradska. Huge credits to QUBIS for quick and individual approach, pleasure to deal with these guys. Overall, 9.5/10 experience, the guy worked too hard to find me a place.
