REFA Group s.r.o. | Premium Real Estate

Great accommodation with a perfect location and very friendly staff. I accidentally left my custom-made dental splint behind, and they kindly found it and arranged to send it back to me. Their help and professionalism were truly appreciated. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

Me and my husband were very satisfied with the real estate agency. The entire process of purchasing the apartment was very smooth, efficient, and carried out with complete professionalism from beginning to end. Special thanks go to Nicole, who did an excellent job. She was always available to us, patiently explained everything, and guided us through every step of the entire process. Her professional approach, reliability, and helpfulness were a great support for us, and thanks to her we felt comfortable throughout the whole purchase. Working with this real estate agency was a very good experience for us, and we can definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with REFA Group. The process was smooth, professional and well-managed from start to finish. Highly recommend their services.

This agency was suggested by an acquaintance of mine. At that time, I have been searching for a home already since 6 months. I signed the contract with them in July and in September they already showed me the flat that I bought. The communication with Veronika was smooth, fast and clear. I had to do moreover with Andrii whose I am very satisfied. He was always available to answer all my questions and solve all the problems occured both before and after the contract signature: very calm and professional. Warmly recommended if you search an apartment in Prague to buy or to rent.

Nicole supported me from the very beginning of the process until I moved into the apartment. Even after move in, when I faced an issue, she responded immediately and resolved it right away. Her responsiveness and reliability made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Thank you, Nicole.
