I recently rented an apartment through Svoboda & Williams and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My agent Dominik Šiml was outstanding; patient, transparent, and always responsive to my questions, no matter how many I had. As a foreigner renting in Prague for the first time, I had many concerns and questions about the process, lease terms, and electricity costs. Dominik took the time to address each one thoroughly and even provided actual utility bills from the previous tenant to help me make an informed decision. His colleague Jan Vála handled the apartment handover very professionally, including helping with the electricity transfer on the spot.
