Our experience with Swoboda&Williams was excellent from the very beggining almost 15 years ago. Mrs Marina Simunovic Stojkovic was the first person that we met at S&W and we are glad she is still there. She is extremly helpful and experienced professional but also very friendly and easy going person. All other staff that we met was very well trained and helped us with each issue regarding renting of our apartment.I have to emphersize that our last agent Ms Anna Chibovska is a real gem among them. So professional, so patient, so prompt, taking care of clients from both sides, no detail was missed. I dont have words to express how gratefull we are for all her help recently. My husband and I were not in Prague during the whole process of renting our apartment, but she made sure to inform us in time about each step. She was sending mails 24/7 as we were in different time zones, sometimes answering after midnight ( at her zone ) which is really so much appriciated. Regardless of time constrains no details was missed. Even after signing the contract she helped us with documents for utilitiy transfering. S&W are lucky to have such staff.Apsolute gem !

I recently rented an apartment through Svoboda & Williams and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My agent Dominik Šiml was outstanding; patient, transparent, and always responsive to my questions, no matter how many I had. As a foreigner renting in Prague for the first time, I had many concerns and questions about the process, lease terms, and electricity costs. Dominik took the time to address each one thoroughly and even provided actual utility bills from the previous tenant to help me make an informed decision. His colleague Jan Vála handled the apartment handover very professionally, including helping with the electricity transfer on the spot. The entire process, from viewing to reservation to lease signing and handover, was smooth, well-organised, and fully transparent. I always felt I was in good hands.
