Elena Jakubovic is wonderful. We arrived in Prague yesterday for the first time and within 10 minutes of checking into our apartment, Our kids took the lift from the fourth floor down and became stuck between floors three and four. The Porter in the building did not call the fire brigade so Elena stepped in and called them. She also ran up 4 flights of stairs and was speaking with my children, threw a small crack in the elevator while she had fire rescue on the phone. She calmed my kids down and spent 30 minutes talking with them until the fire brigade arrived. She was beyond helpful in dealing with this scary situation. We feel honored and lucky to have met her.
