Marta and her team made a citizenship-by-ancestry application process for our family straightforward instead of daunting. She explained exactly what documents we had to gather, got them translated into Czech for us, submitted them, and got the government's questions answered until everything was accepted and processed. We now have new citizenship papers for one and two generations post-emigration. There are various unavoidable periods of waiting involved in this process, but this office made sure that absolutely minimal effort (and no guesswork) was required of us during the periods when we had to do our part, which really only involved gathering our original documents.
