This was our 7th move within Prague over the past 21 years and it was the first time we switched companies -- I wish I did it sooner. This was by far the easiest and least stressful move for us! No need to use anyone else. This company and their crew were perfect - friendly, quick to respond from start to finish, careful with all of our possessions, and efficient. I hope to never move again but if I do I know who I will call.

Great experience! Richard’s quote was accurate and the service was very professional. The guys who showed up were polite and hard-working. They were careful with my items and pleasant to work with. Due to a problem with my WiFi, I ended up paying the invoice twice 😅 they were kind enough to reverse the funds immediately, and all was well the next day! Overall, I was very impressed - I can recommend the service highly. 🙏✨
Scammy offer with trash communication. The guy came to my 2KK flat which has 15 boxes worth of stuff, a couch, a 55" TV with TV table, a Bed, a dining table and wardrobe, that's ALL of it. He later sent the price quote, 28,000czk, yes 28K for moving a half empty 2KK from Prague 2 to Prague 4 (3.5km), not including the boxes rental. I replied to him asking why the price is so high considering the price per hour on their website is 1,100czk, I got this response verbatim: "we could discuss the price for hours, but I will not lower it by a single crown. And any analysis of the price sent by me will not lower the final price either. The price per hour that you saw on our website includes all the labor and transportation in Prague, but it does not include packaging materials, delivery of boxes before the move, removal of boxes after the move. But as I have already mentioned, any discussion about the price is pointless. I am sorry, but if the price is unacceptable to you, I cannot help you with your move." So according to his words, that means that packaging material is worth 20,000czk, which means, scam. I got 2 other offers for less than 14,000czk. EDITTED to reply: First, of course you didn't force an offer, otherwise it wouldn't be an offer. Second, all moving companies offer the estimation FREE AND NON-BINDING. Third, the move was from one apartment to another, while also moving some items from both apartments to a storage unit, not "moving two apartments to two different addresses". And fourth, if you estimated 36 boxes and I moved with 15, it means you overestimated. Either way Mr.Richard, I got 2 more offers for 14,000czk including everything which says enough. Then again, I wouldn't bother adding this review, if it weren't for your rude response to me asking why the offer is so high.
