Always on time, very careful with your belongings and the guys are super friendly. When I’m going to be moving again, I will definitely choose these guys.

The most important part of moving items from A to B ended up well, and just for the value of money vs results, the company would deserve 5 stars. However there were several issues and confusions, stemming mainly from the communication and discovery phase for the offer. We had significantly above average items to move for the apartment size, which I was very clear from the get go, however for the offer I was expecting somebody to come over and check everything to get proper estimates, as was case for moving companies I used before. However instead we communicated only using few pictures via whatsapp, whilst I had no idea that, those will be the only information provided. So the error on company end I would say is that this was not explicitly mentioned, otherwise I would sent way more and way detailed pictures of ALL items to avoid confusion, as this seems to resulted in very low price estimate (which is obviously kinda good for me, but caused more issues then good in the end). Also few things that again were not clear, and could have been mentioned is that for the boxes and crates you can request I think paper packaging which nobody again mentioned, I was somehow expected to know this, whilst I believe would be better to mention the options at least in template emails or something. Similarly for other services, like landfill discarding, which is free only for citizens of Prague and on top of it extra service fee (we got only asked for CZ citizen, and then later they mentioned that you need to have permanent residency in Prague). All of those were surely not competency or intentional issues, but unknowingly caused us lot of confusion and distress and additional costs, which could have been prevented with better communication as those gotta be very common topics for the company to explain, and u can just copy paste short info section to emails etc. So I would recommend the service, but you might need to ask or research some things explicitly.

This was our 7th move within Prague over the past 21 years and it was the first time we switched companies -- I wish I did it sooner. This was by far the easiest and least stressful move for us! No need to use anyone else. This company and their crew were perfect - friendly, quick to respond from start to finish, careful with all of our possessions, and efficient. I hope to never move again but if I do I know who I will call.

We are very happy with the service of this moving company. From the very beginning, the planning was excellent and the communication was always quick and clear which made us feel confident throughout the process. The whole team was professional and well organized. They helped us with planning the move, disassembling and reassembling, packing and unpacking, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great experience! Richard’s quote was accurate and the service was very professional. The guys who showed up were polite and hard-working. They were careful with my items and pleasant to work with. Due to a problem with my WiFi, I ended up paying the invoice twice 😅 they were kind enough to reverse the funds immediately, and all was well the next day! Overall, I was very impressed - I can recommend the service highly. 🙏✨
