As a layman, I appreciated that they always took the time to explain things to me so that I could truly understand them. They were never afraid to go the extra mile for a better result and instead of the simplest solutions, they looked for the highest quality ones within the set budget. Any increases were always transparently discussed and resolved so that the result was as good as possible. The entire renovation was completely turnkey and I only had to deal with the absolute minimum. The final renovation not only exceeded my expectations, but it also did not become a nightmare for me, as everyone warned me, but thanks to them it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The company Under Roof Builders and its team are something like a goldfish in the sea of ​​construction. I recommend them with all ten.

We dealt with a complete renovation of an apartment with the company and overall I have a very good feeling about the whole cooperation. From the beginning, the communication was clear, transparent and I was constantly aware of what was happening on the project, even though the renovation was taking place without my physical presence. I especially appreciate the professional approach, the solution of problems during the process (e.g. the worse condition of the floor) and the effort to always find a functional and long-term quality solution, not just the simplest one. At the same time, everything was well documented, including photos and the progress of the work, which is a big plus for the future. The budget was adhered to with a minimal increase, which was clearly explained. The overall result meets my expectations and the apartment is ready for further use. I definitely recommend the cooperation, it is clear that they care about the quality of the work and client satisfaction.
