Jakub Červený - Alarms & CCTV Systems

Hello, Unfortunately, I am forced to write this negative review to warn others about my experience with Mr. Červený. I have known Mr. Červený for many years. In the past, he was reliable, but in recent months I have experienced really big complications with him. I have a security system installed by Mr. Červený worth approximately CZK 40,000. Unfortunately, the alarm does not work properly and repeatedly causes false alarms. Although Mr. Červený promised me several times to repair it and we arranged several appointments, he never arrived. For each arranged appointment, I had to take time off work and waited for Mr. Červený unnecessarily. In the last six months, this situation has repeated itself six times. Each time, some excuse was made. Once or twice, something unexpected can happen to a person's plans, but six missed appointments in six months seem completely unacceptable to me. My biggest regret is that this is an alarm in a newly equipped house, which was supposed to provide security. However, due to repeated false alarms, we cannot use it at all. I am sorry to have to write such a review, but after repeated promises that Mr. Červený did not keep, I can no longer recommend his services.

Great experience with Mr. Červený regarding the installation of cameras in a family house. Very fast communication and negotiations from the beginning, help with choosing the right equipment and trouble-free fast installation. Minor technical problems (on our side) were again resolved with lightning speed. Mr. Červený is a true professional and I can only recommend the services of this company.

Professional approach, willingness, pleasant cooperation and quality work. We would prefer to keep them to ourselves, but we recommend them to others! :)

Mr. Červený's company is a reliable and professional company that I can definitely recommend! From the first contact, the communication was fast, helpful and understandable. The design of the security system was prepared exactly to my needs, everything was explained to me in detail. The installation itself was carried out professionally, cleanly and without complications. Thank you!

I definitely recommend it!!! We have only the best experience with the company in the field of installation, service and support of HIKVISION camera, communication and access systems. Cooperation with Mr. Červený began in 2020 based on a selection from 15 applicants. Then, in the same year, the camera and access system was successfully installed. To date, with Mr. Červený, we have been gradually expanding the systems and improving their functionality, their prophylaxis is regularly ensured and in case of problems, work on restoration is started very quickly. It should be added that HIKVISION systems are very reliable. During the continuous 5 years of operation, we have only recorded two serious incidents, namely the malfunctioning light of one of the cameras and the change of camera direction as a result of vandalism. Mr. Červený's company will not only professionally install the system, but will also provide comprehensive service and support for both family and apartment buildings, does not have exorbitant prices and is pleasant to deal with customers.
