Hello, BEWARE!!! I strongly warn you, these are scammers, we have filed a criminal complaint with the POLICE and will notify other institutions. We ordered the replacement of security doors and paid the invoice. Since then, they have been making fun of us and constantly lying, no one has ever done anything with our doors. They have never returned the money. The company has a virtual headquarters, it does not even have a mailbox, you will not find anything on Štěpánská Street either. I am attaching screenshots. We have not had any unsuccessful companies with them before, they did not take our order from anyone, moreover, they were on the inspection themselves. The owner mocked us on the phone, wrote three times that he had returned the money, once the doors were even in stock, none of it was true. The reaction to this reference and “being brought to justice” is a lie from A to Z… BEWARE of them.

I have nothing to complain about, I even have to praise it. First, a technician came to inspect, went through everything, explained what was going on with the windows, what needed to be repaired and adjusted, and sent a quote the same day with a proposed date. Then two technicians arrived and were working on it. All the seals were new, the windows were adjusted, and the fittings were lubricated. The guys also discovered that two of our doors had been damaged during construction, so they suggested adding the missing pressure as part of the order. So, for me, I am completely satisfied.

We had our casement windows renovated, including new paint, and the result is truly perfect. The windows were already very faded, the paint was peeling, and they looked pretty tired overall, but after the renovation they look like new. They were completely sanded, minor damage repaired, new high-quality paint was applied, and the windows were adjusted. Everything was done precisely, cleanly, and with attention to detail. I also give a big plus to the price – it was significantly lower than the competition, which pleasantly surprised us, especially considering the quality of the work done. I really appreciate the approach – everything was explained to us in advance, they met the deadline, and the work was done without unnecessary mess. Thanks to the renovation, we preserved the original appearance of the windows, and at the same time, they have a long service life. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to preserve their windows, but at the same time have them like new.
