Overbilling of hours and materials used. Materials that cost far more than in a regular hardware store. Cannot recommend them.

Was billed for 1.5 hours even though the employee was only here for just under 40 minutes, and lives a 5 minute drive from the company. Called in to complain, but no help was available.
