God service
We needed to install a new outlet in the bathroom and connect a lamp. After a great job last time, it was natural for us to contact Uggerly again. Again, from the first contact, we experienced a super welcoming person and we quickly found a day that suited us. On the day the work was to be done, the installer showed up with a learning curve and they made an effort to understand the task so that it was exactly how we wanted it. Despite unforeseen challenges, it was a really great result that Uggerly can certainly be proud of. We are still waiting for the bill for the job, but based on the bill last time, we felt it was fair. We are happy to pay the more Uggerly charges than someone who is a little cheaper because we know the quality of their work and their level of service.
Original review (see update below): I scheduled a visit from Uggerly Plumbing on Friday morning due to a lack of hot water in our hallway, but the plumber never showed up and didn't cancel. Calls to the direct number were ignored and there wasn't much help available on the main number. I understand how busy people are, but please be respectful enough to cancel the job if you can't make it. Now I ended up wasting an entire day without the problem being fixed. Update 11/15: Uggerly announced today that they had been there on Friday, but simply didn't contact me as agreed, and went into the property themselves. However, we still didn't have hot water at any point on Friday, which they would have been aware of if they had returned my calls. So the problem wasn't solved, but I have chosen to raise my rating to 2 stars. Update 11/20: Uggerly has sent me documentation that they have been to the property. From the timestamp I can see that I tried to contact them repeatedly on Friday after they had apparently been here, but I heard nothing until I was contacted on Tuesday morning regarding invoice information. Despite objections, Uggerly has upheld the invoice for the full amount.
