Super god service.
KANON GO SERVICE from Crawford/Delta gates in Nørresundby. Thanks to Carsten and Casper Elbro. I bought 2 new gates in 2021. I had problems with one motor, so I called and asked for a spare part for it. But it turned out that it was a warranty issue, which I didn't expect. But then I had problems with coding, so I sent a text message to Carsten on a Thursday evening. Then I got a call, which I didn't expect in the evening either. Then I got Casper's phone number. Then I called Casper, we sorted it all out over the phone on a Thursday evening at 9:40 PM. Casper offered to come and help that same evening. That's what I call service. Can only recommend Crawford/Delta Gates in Nørresundby Sincerely, Kristian Kronborg from Brovst.
Super god service
Super good service. We had problems with our gate not opening, and a mechanic quickly came and helped us get our car out.
In general, there was good service when contacting in person, but when the wife later calls with a problem, she is transferred to a technician. She is snarled and generally not very friendly. "I can't help you now, and you shouldn't call for the next few hours, I'm about to grout" That gives the overall experience 3 stars. Next time we will call one of the many door service companies that exist if we have a problem
