An amazing gym in central Aalborg. I enjoy every visit. Lots of machines and nice coaches.
What a awesome gym. Spread out across two levels, vast majority of hammer strength equipment and all spread out with plenty of space. Leg day would be awesome here, hack squat, v squat and a pendular squat. Men's lockers are very spacious with massive showers, plenty of lockers and clean. Loved my visit/s Just some areas of improvement from me...free WiFi would be awesome but there isn't Wi-Fi. Not great for travellers like myself. There is a seated lat raise machine, but the standing variation with handles would be icing on cake.
