Not as advertised. Sauna stinks
A bit disgusting by now. I've been training there for half a year and couldn't tolerate seeing a clogged toilet with a huge amount of shit on a daily basis.
The boss (Jens Peter Søborg) is incredibly rude. He interrupted me in my training and made a series of false accusations against me and accused me of breaking a mirror. I was spoken to condescendingly with foul language, called an “idiot” and shouted at. I try to keep a nice tone and ask him to check the surveillance camera before accusing me of vandalism. He simply says that he is on Christmas break and does not have time to look through the surveillance. In addition, the hygiene is not very good with dirty toilets, smelly sinks and rats (see picture) crawling around among the machines, the changing room and the bathroom. Not a very smart way to run your business. Jens is trying to find a poor person who can pay for his costs.
I can't recommend this gym at all. The equipment is okay, but the manager's help is hopeless. I joined in December and on my second day at the gym 600 DKK was stolen from my wallet. They offer lockers but without locks so you have to bring your own and they don't warn that theft is common there. We then tried to contact the owner to ask for a free cancellation of our subscription due to the unfortunate incident, but he refused to help and said that they will also charge for the next month as stated in the contract. There could have been more understanding and since they know the problem with thefts, there should be lockers with keys available. For me, getting robbed on my second day at the gym is unacceptable; it makes me wonder if this happens every day. The equipment is okay - some of it is good, but some of it is very strange and not very modern.
