I have ordered window cleaning every 3 months and Ronnie was incredibly flexible and took my windows off in addition to his scheduled window cleaning in the property. Nice clean windows absolutely nothing to complain about
Nice people who know how to clean professionally. Goes to places other cleaning helpers haven't been. Are realistic about time spent. Flexible and if it gets a little messy, they fix the mess for us and clean around it ;-)

They are nice, do good everyday cleaning at a good price, but they can't do a major cleaning. I've never checked their cleaning before, but this was so obvious. They left my "majorly cleaned" kitchen with a greasy cupboard and dusty spice shelves. They had only had the contents of a small cupboard out. Despite my complaint and a photograph of a large greasy stain, they only give a 10% discount on the price. This is of course not right. They should have offered to redo it without charging extra for it or failing to send me a bill for that hour.
