Thomas installed a used heat pump for me neatly and carefully.
They came, the saw, the installed and they kept helping.. I have had Klima service Nord come to our house. We "vent" through the house. Talking about our ideas, and they contributed their own. We were fairly slow in giving reply but they had no complaints. They just came on the day that we wanted and installed the products we wished for. Now we have better ventilation and we will be expanding the system in the future. Very good experience.

Contact Thomas when my heat pump loses pressure. I have no idea about heat pumps and expect him to. He comes to my house and pumps air into the expansion tank. He is there for less than 1 hour. Just as he is running, the heat pump loses pressure again and we agree that I should keep an eye on it to see if it loses water. A few days later I receive an invoice for an unresolved task, plus half an hour extra in working time and when I contact him about the invoice I am blocked.
