Bought a kitchen in September 2022. I am quite happy with it. The countertop is a black DFI-GEISLER with a built-in sink. In June it starts to lose its color, it becomes grayish where you dry the most. I send a complaint, they send a man. He can see the fault. The countertop factory says it is wear and tear.... it is not even a year old. (there is a 5 year warranty) The owner from Kvik Aalborg SV, disclaims any responsibility. Unfortunately, you do not have the opportunity to contact the factory yourself. One of the clerks says: It is only nice the moment you order it .... It would be a good idea to inform the customer about that before buying...... and it was not cheap
This time the overall experience was only 1 star. If you look at the process from the start to delivery, we were otherwise very satisfied (5 stars), but unfortunately things started to go wrong from there. The fitter (nice man) is installing tall cabinets all the way up the back wall, and it is also shown that they need to be pulled out so that they look like the other XXL cabinets, despite him having put up all the drawings on the window. The same is true with the plinth in the utility room, where we have been informed that they will cut around the plinth trim on the two walls, but simply choose to push the plinth up against the tile However, this is quickly corrected after being warned, and we understand that there may be small mistakes. But unfortunately the problems continue, it turns out that a sink/countertop for the guest toilet is missing. It then arrives a week later, but here they choose to install it despite it having a nick in the corner, it seems that they hope it will work. We then learn that both sinks that the installer installed on the day have defects and shortcomings. New ones are ordered, but we have to pick one up ourselves as it is delivered at Kvik in Skalborg (which also turns out to have a defect in the surface). We end up having to have 5 sinks delivered or picked up to get 2 good ones, which will take 5 weeks, partly because he forgot to order one of them. All in all, the seller is difficult to get a hold of and no longer responds as quickly as before. In the process, we have to go to the store several times to get answers. You need feedback and answers. A miserable end to an otherwise promised start, and we have previously been very satisfied with Kvik in Skalborg. So unfortunately this is probably the last time we will shop for kitchens from them.
Really bad service.. you feel like you're being inconvenienced. It's annoying if you want a drawing of your kitchen and haven't decided on colors yet. Obviously a huge hassle to show computer images of the kitchen in more than one color. They promise to send a quote but forget about us. The second time they promise to send a quote the same day or the day after, we don't receive it until 1 week later. They forgot some cabinets for the second time.. send a new quote and forget about us again. and forget about cabinets again. We drive out to talk face to face. I'm told I'm leaving soon so we have to be quick. After 60 minutes in the store, the salesperson still hasn't left??
Super service
Such bad items, we have probably never bought before, the service there is fine, the service in the store is so-so
