An upmarket plant centre, always a full didplay of plants, but a touch on the expensive side unless have offers sometimes . Also.good selection of dog and cat products. Has a lively branded coffee shop inside where you can buy varuoys coffee selecti9ns and sand food cakes etc served by helpful friendly staff
We liked this place, especially because of the espresso house inside. What shocked us a lot though was that a turtle was laying on her back and couldn’t turn herself over. We told a worker but she refused to help her („the turtle will turn on her own“). We stayed with her for at least another 20 minutes in which the turtle tried and tried and failed. The turtle seemed very exhausted at that point! When we spoke to the worker again she just pointed out that the shop will be closing now and that we should leave. I doubt that the woman turned the turtle after and just continued with her other work. In our opinion that is animal cruelty and you should care more about the lives you are trying to sell!
Some cashiers have a bit of trouble understanding they are handling live plants and not groceries at a fast checkout.... Keep an eye if you don't want to come home with broken plants.
Placed behind IKEA in Ålborg is Plantorama. This is the goto garden center, selling plants and everything garden related. You can even buy living pets like rabbits, fish etc. In the Christmas season the have a very huge selection of christmas items, which is a 'Must see'. Inside the garden center is an excellent cousy Espresso house situated. Here you can buy delicious coffee, tea, cakes and sandwiches. Excellent place to gain energy for more shopping. Prices are okay ad is the service. I highly recommend going here ...
Very nice place with low prices and good products. They have animals, plants and a lot of accessories of any kind for pets and the garden. I personally like the aquarium part of the store. They have a good variety of fish. Nice and fast service. There is also a coffee place inside where you can relax while drinking a hot coffee. Highly recommended.
