I have had a long-standing case with Aalborg VVS-Service after a floor damage that occurred in connection with the replacement of a leaking radiator on 03/01/2024. The company was made aware of the damage in connection with the work. Early in the process, I was informed that the case would be handled via the company's insurance. I subsequently had dialogues with both employees and the owner about repairing the damage. Throughout the process, however, it was I who had to repeatedly make contact to take the case forward. Two different representatives from the company were involved, and patchwork solutions were proposed that I could not accept. When the case was not resolved, it was concluded with the help of the court. The result was that the entire floor was replaced rather than a partial repair. I received the last payment, the court fee of DKK 750, on 13/01/2026. The process lasted a total of 2 years. On this basis, I cannot recommend Aalborg VVS-Service based on my own experience of the handling of the case.

Aalborg VVS Service over invoices During a renovation project of three apartments, Aalborg VVS Service charged for both thermostats that I bought myself, more expensive toilets and drains than delivered. The relationship with the company took a turn for the worse, as the owner not only lost his temper with me but also my craftsmen, which culminated in a foolish accusation against a carpenter for carrying out plumbing work. Despite evidence of their failure to fulfill agreed deliveries, Aalborg VVS is now taking legal action to recover payment for undelivered services. Furthermore, they have made a claim for 35,000 DKK for a project that was never agreed. Conclusion: My experience advises me to warn others against engaging with Aalborg VVS Service, whose practice of charging for undelivered services shows a clear pattern of dishonesty.

We've asked for assistance with regards to some plumbing before moving into our new house. They (Jens) responded quickly. When he came he told us that there are many things we need to fix, even though it wasn't so. He promised a report, but days went by, and we got nothing from him. Eventually we had to go with another firm, but the adventure with him caused us a week delay. We do not recommend them.

It took a month and several calls to get a simple half hour job done. In addition, they charged double the hourly rate (for 1 apprentice and 1 installer) for a 1 person job, overcharged for components, and charged an environmental fee for taking my well-functioning thermostat. All of this was addressed in an email, but I never got a response to the inquiry...
