Back in November 2024, I asked Blik og VVS Aalborg ApS for a price for a simple task: two galvanized pipe pieces with threads. The answer came quickly and was DKK 207.50 incl. VAT. I picked up the pipes, which fit perfectly - but shortly afterwards I received an invoice for DKK 1,600 incl. VAT. After lengthy correspondence, in which the company claimed, among other things, that as a self-employed person you could not carry out a task for DKK 207.50, I pointed out that their own offer was binding (cf. Section 1 of the Danish Contracts Act). It was not until August that I managed to get a correct invoice and credit note. If I myself, as an entrepreneur, had so significantly missed a quote price, good service would have been to call the customer and cancel the invoicing so that a solution could be found together. An otherwise simple task became unnecessarily difficult, and the experience leaves me with the impression that the company cannot be recommended.
The worst company I have ever seen. Really sloppy and expensive. They were supposed to renovate our bathroom it took 3 months with many mistakes. Now after a few months we found out that the entire wall in the other room is completely wet because of them. They cheat and lie too much.
They had to redo a cistern at the toilet. After several attempts and also a replacement of the cistern, they never succeeded. After each attempt, they sent a new bill, which we paid. After the last attempt, where the cistern still did not work, we did not think it was fair that we had to pay. This resulted in a threat of debt collection. We chose to pay. All in all, it cost us about 5000 kr, which we could have just as easily saved.
I reached out to this company Autumn 2023 to help me troubleshoot an issue with the heating system - one of the rooms wasn't heating - and I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue with the actual piping (it wasn't). They had to order a new piece and install it - that part went great. However, once the job was done, I never got the faktura from them. They obviously had my contact information, as I talked to them on email, phone and text, and they had my address. August 2024 I get a letter from their lawyer saying I never paid the faktura #123 and that I need to pay penalties - ended up paying 4k more than what the faktura was. I reached out to them and the first guy I talked to was really friendly - said it probably was an issue with their system that the contact info was wrong, and that they were going to look into it. I call again 2 weeks later (today, 3/9/24) and after I quickly explain my issue to a new guy (don't know the name, he never introduced himself), the first thing he says to me is "why didn't you reach out to us to get the faktura? you knew you had to pay". I kindly explained to him it is not my responsibility to do that, and he then proceeded to have a really awful attitude, blame me for not reaching out to them (to do their job) not be helpful at all and refer me to their lawyer instead. My next step is to talk to their lawyer and see if I can get my penalties back (I have all sorts of proof I never got the faktura) - but I can promise you I will never ever reach out to this company ever again, and will try my hardest to deter anybody from using them ever again.
I had a clogged kitchen sink, so I did call Blik & vvs Aalborg. The plumber they sent was late 40 mins then he came with a stick, I was just blown out of the water since I did explain what is the problem. After that he went "somewhere" to take a small machine and came back in 50 minutes (which I was supposed to pay his trip back and forth). At the end he couldn't unblock the sink and left. All in all he staied at my place for 15-20 mins but the bill after that was insane. Will never call these guys ever again, the whole situation looked like a joke and a robbery afterwards
