After experiencing two separate times now where there is absolutely no help to be had from GF I must admit that I have now started my search for another insurance company. 1. My car is hit by another and I have pictures of it, but despite that they think we should share the damage. 2. Sitting in Portugal airport after signs and staff have shown us wrong plus absolutely no help so the plane missed.
They say one thing and do another. Really disappointing. Make sure to get everything in writing
