I want to give 0 to them since they dont keep their word and forget about their agreements with costumers, besides that they give bad service on the phone and laugh at their costumer, that happened to my dad and I . Their prices dont match with what they give.
I want to give 0 rating to them becusee they are scammer . When me and my husband didnot know about the indurance policy and paid dues later they took all the money and they asked us to pay double and we were ready to pay for the mistake we did but they asked to pay double insurance for 2 years . Why ? Is this applicable we paid all for the mistake also double price for 1 years and why punishment for next year as well .

If the accounting department was as fast as their claims department, the case would have been won, but 3 months after the claims case was filed, they only contacted the other party for a response. However, the bill for the lost case was due 6 hours after they had closed the case. But yes, a witness, as well as a Dashcam and photos, were not enough for IF to win a simple case.
