They deliver high professional quality and work in a structured and efficient manner, which creates great security for both owners and the board. We have used HaugaardBraad Ejendomsadministration in our homeowners' association for a number of years now, and we can highly recommend them. It is always fast and professional service, and it is great to have a permanent contact person (Dan), but also that there is the possibility of legal assistance when necessary.

Has an intern employed who is responsible for the properties on Anna Anchers Vej. Unfortunately, he rarely responds to emails, and you often have to push several times for very basic answers. When a response finally comes, the tone is experienced as both flippant and rude, which is not appropriate in a professional context. In addition, we have experienced a lack of transparency in communication, where information does not always match, which creates uncertainty and frustration as a tenant. Overall, it gives the impression of an administration that does not take its responsibility and its residents seriously. It is a disappointing experience, as good and proper communication should be a given.
