I had a private landlord and JMX was the administrator. The apartment was leaky and musty, but of course you couldn't see that when you showed it, because then I definitely wouldn't have said yes to it. Several people I know have wondered how the apartment could even be approved for human habitation. I found the apartment because I needed something cheap in connection with a stress-related sick leave. I actually got sicker living there, but I couldn't afford to leave. Thanks to outside help, I finally got the opportunity to get something new. And I was also allowed to pay for kitchen improvements on the way out. Now I'm in a housing association and thank God for that. If you're not a rat or a silverfish, stay far away from JMX...
good and professional service
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend JMX housing. Our previous private landlord used JMX as housing management, and we have almost only experienced problems with them. There is simply a lack of professionalism and proper administration… Fortunately, they are polite and nice when you approach them with a problem or disagreement, but especially in connection with our move-out and move-out settlement, there were problems with communication and many mistakes or oops on their part, which they had not really discovered (or chose to ignore). Despite the fact that they were often accommodating to this when we pointed it out, you can only feel a little exploited as a tenant. Oh, oh!
Nothing to point a finger at. They are always quick to respond. Even returned at 10pm on a Sunday when our upstairs tenant had water damage. You have to say that is service :)
Jmx boligadministration Aps Should you stay far away? They have been responsible for renting out a property in Vodskov. Everything on the move-in report looked very fine.. As we have only now received by email. The lease is as written not suitable for human habitation. It looked fine when we got here. But now there is mold everywhere. There is water in the basement. And it is raining down through the roof over the utility room. As well as the roof in the conservatory. The landlord has been informed of the graver damage that jmx boligadministration and the landlord jpc property Aps have been informed. But nothing happened. Have now chosen to report the case to climate and environment on healthy and safe housing. Aalborg.dk. and the case has been handed over to LLO and passed on to my lawyer. With a view to running a housing lawsuit. Against jmx and jpc property APS We received a made-up body of a lease in Vodskov
