Absolutely fantastic service and guidance! Our goal with a purchase review was basically to minimize financial surprises so that we could make a total budget for the entire house purchase, including a major renovation project of the entire ground floor. At the same time, there were some things we would have liked to have clarified from the previous and very old condition report, as the house had been on the market for several years. Before the review, Karsten was sent a sales list and reports, and he came around EVERYTHING in the house. The review took almost 3 hours and we really got a view of everything in the house. We got help with pricing the things that needed to be repaired, as well as when we should expect to fix them. A few days later, a new condition report was made. It consisted of ALL the things Karsten had pointed out during the review. Therefore, we understood the entire report and were basically 100% ready to buy a house. All in all, it was a really good and pleasant review. There was time for us to ask all the stupid questions and we were carefully briefed on everything. That was all we needed to put our minds at ease about buying a house.
