Clearly a fantastic experience from day one to aftet I moved out. I felt respected and treated properly, fairly. You get your deposit back as agreed and the renovation requirements are fair. During my stay, whenever there was the slightest issue, city egendomme reacted very quickly and professionally. The house in Østerågade 6 was in top condition, and really nice to live in. If it just would have had a parking garage under the building and an elevator going all way to the cellar/garage, it would be heaven :-) But city egendomme did all they could to make my stay in their house a very excellent experience.

Fantastic landlord! Have rented through them several times and am actually strongly considering doing so again. When you look at what is on the market in Aalborg, there is simply nothing that can live up to their quality of rentals and what you actually get for your money. Their locations are always central and in top newly renovated buildings, as well as the fantastic service that you always receive when you are a tenant with them. I have always been completely satisfied every time I have rented through City Ejendomme and would always recommend them to others.

Fantastic rentals in top-renovated buildings - that could be the headline of this review. City-Ejendomme is our landlord in Østerågade in Aalborg, and we have looked at several of their rentals before choosing where we live now. All the apartments we went to look at were in older, top-renovated properties where the renovation was done with almost embarrassingly great respect for the age of the property and the style and architecture it has. Our rental is in a property that got “the big move” in 2016 (I think it was), and here REALLY nothing has been spared. Door handles and hinges are, for example, in chrome-plated steel and not the cheap kind of fittings and hinges from the construction market. The kitchen has black granite countertops, and the style has been carried out with great respect for the appearance of the apartment and the “style” of the property. Bathrooms are also made with the best materials, including fixtures etc. In addition, there are oak plank floors throughout and underfloor heating throughout. All rooms have newly installed stucco, which is REAL stucco - not some polystyrene plastic bollard work here - it's cast on site. There are also panels on the lower part of the walls, which emphasizes the age of the property. In other words, we live in a property that most people think is "original" when they see it, but it's actually state-of-the-art - you just can't tell because of the accuracy with which it's done. And if there's something "hiccuping" in the rental, you contact them, and voila - someone is there to fix or repair things within a very short time. The service is impeccable. If you want to see a very, very fine example of City-Ejendomme's respect for architecture and, to a certain extent, cultural heritage, go down to the harbor in Aalborg and see the building called Toldboden. This was a building that the Customs had let fall into disrepair, but it's no longer that way. It has risen like a Phoenix from the ashes and now looks as beautiful as ever. There have been some nasty comments about City-Ejendomme recently and what is alleged to be a lack of respect for the past - if these undocumented claims are true..... why do they spend so much money on the buildings they renovate at the top? It could have been done much faster and cheaper if that was really their job. The negative comments about City-Ejendomme instead smell very much of Jantelov - we do NOT recognize that image, and are happy to give City-Ejendomme our absolute best recommendations.

Cityjejendomme is truly an extraordinary rental company! I have just rented my second apartment with Cityjejendomme, and half the joy of the new apartment is returning to this rental company. They are completely competent, fair and, not least, friendly. Everyone I have encountered in my time as a tenant with them has been extremely efficient and helpful every time I have contacted them. They sincerely have your best interest at heart, and just go the extra mile. There is simply nothing to put a finger on. Whether it is moving in, moving out or the small challenges that may arise, Cityjejendomme handles it in the best possible way. In short, you are in very, very safe hands! In addition, Pia, who I have primarily had contact with, must be highlighted. In addition to being helpful and competent as previously mentioned, she is one of the warmest and most pleasant people I have ever met. The biggest of the biggest recommendations from here☺️☺️

My family and I have been tenants at City-Ejendomme Aalborg since 2012 - and have lived in three different places - and have seen many of their other rentals in connection with moving from one apartment to another. The apartments we have lived in - and still live in, are of very high quality, have beautiful details and are located in the heart of Aalborg. All three of them have had a roof terrace, which we have shared with the neighbors - and it has worked out great. The apartments are furnished with attention to detail and are of very high quality in terms of craftsmanship. We have an elevator in the apartment we live in now - and the staircase is freshly painted and looks very nice. White goods and other things are nice and from well-known brands, so you know what you are "renting". The service from City-Ejendomme Aalborg's many employees is the best - we are notified in good time if the water or something else needs to be turned off. The settlement of consumption in connection with moving in and out works flawlessly - and if there is the slightest thing that needs to be fixed, City-Ejendomme Aalborg responds promptly. We are very happy with the neighbors and do not have the slightest problem with noise from neighbors or "the city", as the apartments are well insulated. It would be difficult for us to imagine that you can live better than here, as all apartments are located in the center of the city. So our recommendations are to contact City-Ejendomme Aalborg if you want to live in the best location in the city.
