Never use the services of this landlord. Never. All your complaints or requests will be ignored. You will be left alone with your problems, for which the landlord will be responsible. Once the contract is signed, NextKey simply disappears, considering its mission accomplished. You will be forced to use, for example, shared washing machines with black fungus, defective washing machines that stop washing due to water pumping problems, and NextKey will tell you that it is your own fault. So, I pay the deposit, move out, and I will never use NextKey again and I don't wish it on anyone. UPD: Of course, I saw NextKey's response to my comment. I would like to emphasize: all communication regarding problems in this house is conducted specifically with NextKey, with their official email. This means that the landlord you are referring to has delegated communication regarding all real estate issues to you. And in any case, with this comment, I want to protect other potential clients of yours from using your services. Since your services are free, this affects the quality of further service by the landlord. You must be responsible for those landlords whose services you represent when you help people find and rent housing.
terrible company. terrible. regretted that I contacted them. as soon as they receive the signed contract - you are nobody to them and they call you nothing. They do not fulfill their duties as a landlord. In particular regarding Lollandshus on Lollandsgade 15-17-19. I regretted a thousand times that I signed a contract with them. Do not repeat my mistakes. Look for more responsible landlords.
I would recommend Nextkey at any time, they are incredibly helpful and service-minded - and they understand what you are looking for in a home. Very easy and uncomplicated :-)
