Serious and factually incorrect legal advice in a fundamental data protection case. I approached HjulmandKaptain with an extremely well-documented and serious case regarding a systematic, criminal violation of my patient rights. The case was handled by legal assistant Nicoline Madsen. In her written response, she made the legal claim that viewing a patient's medical record in connection with a "procedural complaint against one's medical clinic" can be legal, even without a treatment purpose. This advice is directly and demonstrably incorrect. As stated in the Danish Board of Patient Complaints' own standard practice and the Danish Medical Association's official guidelines, access to a patient's medical record in connection with a procedural complaint (which my case concerns) is strictly limited to designated management. Ordinary employees – and especially employees from separate legal entities, which was the core of my case – have no independent, legal access. Receiving legal advice from a reputable firm that is so clearly at odds with established case law is not only disappointing; it is a potential risk to legal certainty. The advice I received would have effectively legitimized a criminal conspiracy. I can in no way recommend this firm for complex or principled cases where a thorough and correct understanding of the law is essential. My experience was that the advice provided was below the professional standard one would expect and potentially misleading.

What genuinely amazing people! The only law firm I will use in the future. Fantastic experience. Top customer care. The coffee is insanely well balanced. However, a so-called professional law firm couldn't spot that the lawsuit was time-barred and I lost half a million + on a time-barred case. Farce.

I am only judging their competence as a french consulat . They should seriously consider giving it away..
