Really high quality moving. All furniture was handled with care and attention - no damage at all. At the same time, the movers were fast and didn't drag their feet :-) Can only be recommended from here****
Totally unacceptable move, movers destroyed 2 legs on my high gloss dining table on 4/12-2023 various scratches and dents, where the paint has come off, the same applies to my accompanying sideboard, however all legs are intact. They acknowledge the damage, but will not report it to their insurance, they glue both legs, smooth it out with paint and glue residue, it looks terrible, a 3 year old could do it better. At the same time they send me a threat by email that if I write a review, I will have a case on my neck. I only got my 2 legs back this year on 24/4. Sad that such a big company needs to behave like this 🙏 may God be with them.
"UNDESCRIBABLE SLOW MOVEMENTS, AND VERY POOR SERVICE, FROM THE NEW MANAGEMENT.!!! They were supposed to start early, but after waiting for over 1 hour I contacted the office - but they didn't know anything... They didn't start the move until after 12 noon. And the 2 people who "were supposed to be" professional and skilled movers. Showed no understanding or respect for what they were told about the furniture, - which was both scratched and filthy, - despite what had been said. One of them was more hesitant to talk on his cell phone than to help so they could finish. .At 9:35 p.m. they were almost finished... BUT THEY HAD NO INVOICE, GOT WITH...??? One of them PROMISED that I would get the right invoice.. So he just wrote a confirmation of having received the money!! I have contacted them several times to get the invoice both via email and by calling. But 2 months later, I still haven't received anything from them. *BE VERY CAREFUL* IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM!!!! *We chose them because of the previous owner, Unfortunately the new ones can't live up to that. Therefore 1 star, Preferably only 1/2.
Unexplained and unreasonable price increase. They only tell hourly rate over phone, but after moving all your stuff into the van, they come up with “bonus” hours and charge you unrealistic amount. Further on, unprofessionalism with packaging of items. Furniture was not disassembled before moving as agreed. Finally, no receipt after the job. I had to call them back to ask for receipt and then wait 1 more full working day. This business is unfair to internationals. I felt nationalism at its worst. Not recommended unless you are danish, I guess LoL.
