I have had a not so nice experience because I am threatened with being sent to debt collection when I discuss with the owner about their workers having destroyed our new tiles in the garden and they are not working as many hours as stated on the bill. I understand that he wants and can send me to debt collection while I have paid the bill after 3 hours I got the bill.
