I will divide my review in 3 parts Ordering / installation / communication. I have ordered a Total package with installation - Mikma Ordering and receiving the parts was very fast, clear instructions and no missing parts, the Installation Price calculator is very inaccurate by a lot, in mikma calculator installation for a 10kw Plant on a roof with less then 30 degrees and more then 3m in height was 24.500 DKK with VAT the real installation cost is 32.752,90 DKK that is 30% more - Michael Meisner Tømrermester (Solar Roof Installation) Worst installation company, very unprofessional, During installation 2 roof tiles where damaged and I was told to go and buy myself the broken parts even if they dropped them from the roof, they don't replace damaged items, you are responsible for their mistakes. IF you end up having them as an installation crew ask them to provide you a quote before they start as they tend to forget to give that to the clients and the same goes for the communication with this company if you have possibility AVAOID THEM AT ALL COST. - Erik Lytzen A/S (Electrical connection) Very professional and great communication, all your questions are answered and replied back, Easy and nice to work with. Summary: Mikma is a leading supplier in Solar Systems I would recommend to buy from them but not installation. If you have the possibility to chose another installation company for the Solar on the Roof do it, as the one Mikma is providing is just unacceptable for customers. Thanks

Great company to do business with, delivers as agreed on time and has great support that is helpful and gives you a useful answer every time.

I have purchased a hybrid solar system of 11.31 kW with a 10.24 kW battery. Inverter and battery are from Growatt Solar cells from Hyundai. I set up the system myself. And when my electrician had been to connect the system on Friday at about 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, there were some problems getting the system up and running. So I called MIKMA and got hold of them right away. And had contact with them over the weekend. Where they tried to solve the problem by having contact with the inverter over the network. And on Tuesday the problem was solved, and the solar system is running as it should. Really good service. I can only recommend them. But the good experience I have had with them.

Really good experience. Just received battery pack, inverter and BMS. I have been well helped throughout the entire purchase process. Great service and help with questions. 5 stars from here.
