VERY positive experience. EXTREMELY professional company. It is probably the glass company in Aalborg that knows the most about glass. From the moment you contact us, you will be professionally helped. There is fast delivery. They also offer installation and delivery, but you can also pick it up yourself. Bad experience. Oh, how it hurt to pay a relatively large amount for windows that did not have the stated effect. Poor professional assessment and guidance from the start, and uncooperative, dismissive salesperson. Extremely frustrating and annoying.
Super good process. I needed a shower door and wall on special dimensions that they came up with and the dimensions. Even though they came with by far the cheapest quote, I want to save a little more by installing it myself. They were super nice and spent time explaining and gave me good tips on how to do it.
Wouldn't help a pleasure boat that had broken all the side windows. There was no service. If he was going to do anything he had to have the boat in the yard. Not nice when you're on a boating holiday and an accident happens. Everything could just get wet, they didn't care. So I went to Fredrikshavn where there was service and it was fixed immediately
