The guy with the glasses and black hair was very unprofessional whatsoever, shouldnt come to work so agitated and throw it out on customers who have questions or requests. Never coming back here
One of the few places in Aarhus that repairs Windows PC/Laptop motherboards (and not just replaces them)! I had water damage on my motherboard and they consulted me for free that it was not worth to buy their diagnostics screening in this case, since it was visible that my motherboard was too damaged and in my case it wouldn't be worth replacing it. Which is an amazing customer service! 👏👏👏
Had just got my Samsung Flip 5 repaired here as it was having unresponsive LCD screen. Very nice and responsive staffs, they always keep me updated through SMS and email. It’s just like a brand new phone when I picked it up, amazing!🤩 very fast service, took less than a week. Highly recommended, had a very pleasant experience here, I’m so happy and satisfied! Thank you very much😊
I left my phone for repair (the charging port was broken and it would not charge). They called me a day later saying it was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, they told me that they don't have the parts, that they charged my phone to 50% by putting it in some specific, weird angle and charged me 80DKK for it.
Brought in my laptop for a repair estimate for a black screen and was told to buy a new laptop or pay thousands of kroner to have mine repaired because the motherboard was dead. The actual problem was a loose wire which took me under 2 minutes to fix myself for free (and it's still working fine).
