Always nice and helpful. Have gotten help with many things over the years. Everything from vacuum cleaner head problems, solar cells, a fan and much more.

VERY good service. They found the fault on a 1,000 kr. vacuum cleaner in less than 10 minutes. Now it works perfectly.

Wednesday, March 4, 2020, my husband and I showed up at Fjordsgade bringing my old beloved radio from 1983. It had completely died. 2 hours later we left the repair consortium bringing the radio, and it was now working. It was a wonderful experience with friendly and competent people, a cozy place where we also had coffee and cake. A place we both would highly recommend to others who need their things repaired. My otherwise fine duplex laser printer suddenly wouldn't pick up paper: It said (on the display) that there was no paper, even though there was plenty. A friend mentioned Reparations.Konsortiet, and the next day it was in 'Aarhus Onsdag'. Today I drove the printer and I there, where you are greeted incredibly kindly with cake and coffee. Andreas started investigating every conceivable little thing that could be wrong, and after a long time, when everything seemed to be ok, he found that a tiny shiny thing that looks out to the left of the printer tray needed to be pulled out a little further, and voila - the printer could work again. I was completely euphoric, because I was preparing to spend 1000-2000 kroner (which I can't afford) on a new printer. It's a completely brilliant concept, also because Andreas quietly involved me in the repair, so next time I'll be less scared to start something like that. Thank you, I just say!
