"Dripping taps". There were a number of errors with incorrect spare parts, so it took 3 weeks before the problems were resolved. A new price was also demanded for a tap that had not been replaced.

Slow response time, no consistency between what the man on the floor tells and promises and what the office subsequently does. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Gustafsens VVS has been the total contractor for the renovation of my house. The task was completed with an extremely high level of service and a very fair price.

We had a new valve, or something, installed under our sink so that our dishwasher could work again. It took the plumber 35 minutes to do the work, which I have no qualms about. When I got the invoice, it was for 3.5 hours of work plus materials. I wrote a complaint to Gustafsen VVS and then got a credit note for 2.5 hours of work.

The plumber came to fix our toilet. We got a huge bill, which we couldn't understand, as there was no reason for him to come twice. We also felt like we had been ripped off, as we would have gotten much more for our money if he had installed a brand new toilet that day. The repairs were way too expensive, and he apparently didn't have enough "time" to advise on what was the best solution.
