Called him on a Friday and had a nice chat. It turned out that he was off that day and he asked me to send him a text message with my address and he would call me back on Monday. I didn't hear anything on Monday. I called him and texted him again, but I never heard from him again. It doesn't seem like he's very reliable if he can't even say "I can't do the job for you", but instead fails to call me back and ignores calls and texts.
