Balcony is ok, but it took them over 2 years to get a building permit and the company left the backyard like it was a landfill. They do not respond to inquiries about this afterwards
Balcony project for grade 12 I have been a project manager in our homeowners association to handle the installation of 10 balconies and I must say that I am blown away by how impressive the process has been. I have previously had a lot of trouble with other sloppy contractors, architects who had to be fired due to no delivery, etc. etc..... I must say that PW Stål has been absolutely exceptional. It has been smooth, extremely efficient, incredibly flexible, and planning and agreements have held up 100%. Patient in relation to homeowners association/municipal processes which can sometimes take time. And my feeling is that they would rather deliver a better balcony than have an angry customer if something was missing that was not mentioned earlier. It was simply a real pleasure.... The prices on the balconies cannot be done much better elsewhere and here I speak from experience. Furthermore, I am convinced that other contractors will be years behind on all the countless other parameters... besides just the price... The craftsmen on site were extremely efficient and very open. They have a good overview and understand that noise nuisance must be kept to a minimum. All in all, a great experience and I hope that we can work together again someday. The best recommendation from here and I will be happy to share further experience if anyone is interested in this.
