Absolutely love THEGYM. The facilities are excellent, always clean and well maintained, and the sauna area is such a relaxing space to unwind after a workout. What really makes the place stand out, though, is the community and overall energy. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and genuinely seems happy to be there, which creates a great atmosphere. And a special mention for the coffee machine – I wasn’t expecting much from a gym coffee machine, but the coffee is seriously good. Very impressive all around.

I joined THEGYM in January thinking it might just be a temporary winter thing — but I was completely blown away. It’s so much more than a gym. The space is stunning: Scandinavian design, plants everywhere, a cozy lounge with unlimited coffee, tea, fruit, sparkling water — everything thoughtfully curated. But what truly makes THEGYM special is the atmosphere. It’s genuine, warm, and welcoming. People say hi when you pass by, chat after workouts or saunagus, and it just feels like a real community — not just a fitness center. The RELAX area alone is worth mentioning: three different saunas, daily guided sauna sessions, and even a wall full of plants. It feels like a little wellness retreat in the middle of the city. The owners, Lars and Camilla, are incredible. They care deeply about the members, and it shows. When I asked to pause my membership due to the cold plunge being out of order, they responded personally and kindly. No hassle, no “policy speak” — just real understanding. I originally planned to take a break for almost a month, but after just a few days away, I missed it so much that I asked to start again immediately. It’s truly become a second home. The vibes, the people, the energy — it’s simply too good to stay away from. They’re constantly upgrading and improving the facilities, and every detail is clearly designed with care. I’ve never experienced a gym quite like this — it’s a place you actually want to be.

We had the pleasure of visiting this absolutely beautiful, almost holistic gym and wellness center today, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The relax area, including the saunas, is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff takes constant care of the space, ensuring that everything is in top condition. While the floor in the sauna area can get wet quickly, they’re incredibly prompt in cleaning it up. The amenities are fantastic—there’s water (both still and sparkling), fresh fruit, and a variety of hot drinks available, making the experience even more enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and welcoming; they really make you feel at home. Whoever owns this facility has created something truly special—they’ve thought of everything and executed it flawlessly. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for relaxation and wellness! My family absolutely loves visiting, and I’m thrilled that my son will soon be joining as a member of your amazing club.

Well equipped and designed with a taste gym. Relaxed zone with real plant on walls and cold bath. Unfortunately you have to wear textile in souna. Free coffee, water and towels. First trial entrance free. Highly recommend
