Despite a busy period, NovaSolar was able to fit two heat pumps on the first floor of our house, with a very short waiting time for us. The installer was extremely professional and very skilled. There were a few technical challenges, as the house is very old, which the installer managed without any problems. The result is neat and tidy, and the system works beyond all expectations. In short: Great service, good prices, flawless installation, and consistently good workmanship. It doesn't get any better!
Just had a heat pump installed. Everything perfect, nice to have a professional installer who knows his craft.
I can highly recommend their great work, when installing our air to water heat pump, they came three men, worked for almost 12 hours until everything was running and didn't stop before. The pipe work was so beautifully done that it's almost a shame to hide it away in the insulation, but I probably have to before winter comes. They also cleaned up nicely after the visit, even though we had said we could handle it ourselves, so they took the cardboard and foam that the things were wrapped in. Completely satisfied
Super service and very helpful. Had a technician out to service solar cells and have nothing but praise for his competent handling of the error and the subsequent repair. Can highly recommend NovaSolar!
